Ingredients
- 25ml / 3/4 oz. Mezcal
- 25ml / 3/4 oz. Celery juice
- 150ml / 5 oz. East Imperial Grapefruit Soda
- Lime wedge
Method
- Build in a chilled, kosher salt rimmed collins glass
- Add ice and garish with a lime wedge
