Earl Grey Fix

Our Earl Grey Fix is a delicious, citrusy twist to a classic vodka and tonic. The addition of tea and marmalade adds body and brightness resulting in the perfect summery afternoon cocktail.

Ingredients

• 40ml / 1 ⅓ fl .oz Vodka
• 1 Barspoon Citrus Marmalade
• 30ml / 1 fl. oz Strong Steeped Earl Grey Tea
• Dash of Citrus Juice
• Top with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic

Method

1. Add all ingredients, except East Imperial Yuzu Tonic to a jam jar or shaker, half fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
2. Strain into a glass, add large ice cube and top with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
