Cocktail Recipe
A fresh and fruity play on the classic smash with aromatic wine and clean citrus drive. A thirst quenching cocktail that can easily thrown together for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 35ml Premium Citrus Vodka
- 2x Strawberries
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Fino Sherry
- Topped with East Imperial Light Tonic Water
- Basil Leaves
- Strawberries (can be freeze dried)
Method
- Add all ingredients, except the tonic water into a shaker tin
- Pack tin with ice and shake hard until the tin is frosted
- Fine strain into a rocks glass
- Top with East Imperial Light Tonic Water
- Garnish with Basil & Strawberries
