Grain Fizz

Ingredients

• 50ml / 1 ¾ oz Premium Vodka
• 10ml / ⅓ oz 1:1 Sugar Syrup
• 10ml / ⅓ oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 10ml / ⅓ oz Aquafaba (Chickpea Brine) or Egg White
• 150ml / 5 oz East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade
• Lemon Zest

Method

1. Add vodka, sugar, fresh lime, aquafaba (or egg white) to a shaker tin, dry shake
2. Pack with cubed ice and the shake hard for around 10 seconds
3. Fine strain into chilled highball with East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade
4. Pack with cubed ice and garnish with a lemon zest
