Growers' Quench
Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 50ml / 1 1/3 oz. London dry gin
- 30ml / 1 oz. Green apple cider
- 7.5ml / 1/3 oz. Lime juice
- 1 Dash black walnut bitters
- Top with East Imperial Old World Tonic
- Apple slices
- Grapefruit zest with pith removed
Method
- Add gin, cider, lime juice and a dash of walnut bitters to a chilled short tumbler
- Fill with one large piece of ice and top with East Imperial Old World Tonic
- Garnish with thin slices of green apple and a thin grapefruit zest
