Kentucky Tonic

Ingredients

• 50ml / 1 ¾ Oz American Rye Whiskey
• 10ml / ⅓ Oz Liquid Honey
• Dash of Lemon Juice
• Topped with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
• Fresh Lemon & Mint

Method

1. Add whiskey, honey and citrus to a shaker tin
2. Pack with ice and shake hard for 7-10 seconds
3. Fine strain into a highball glass and top with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
4. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint
