Merchants Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

• 50ml / 1 3/4 fl oz Citrus-driven or navy-strength gin
• 150ml / 5 fl oz East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic
• Pink peppercorns
• Ruby Red grapefruit or orange slice

Method

1. Combine gin and tonic into an ice-packed rocks glass and serve with a large slice of Ruby Red grapefruit and a few pink peppercorns
