The Nassau Collins ties together the richness of aged rum with the vibrant and floral balance of fresh orange and hibiscus to create an overall refreshing and quenching highball.
Ingredients
- 50ml / 1 ¾ oz Premium Aged Rum
- 150ml / 5 oz East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade
- Dash of Orange Bitters
- Fresh Orange Slices
- Dried Hibiscus Flowers
Method
- Build in chilled highball glass with large cubed ice
- Garnish with fresh orange slices and dried hibiscus flowers
