Plum & honey Cobbler
Ingredients
  • 30ml Umeshu/Plum Wine
  • 10ml Liquid Honey
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • Topped with East Imperial Light Tonic Water
  • Angostura bitters
  • Orange zest
Method
  1. Add all ingredients, apart from the Tonic to a highball glass
  2. Pack with crushed ice
  3. Top with East imperial Light Tonic Water
  4. Garnish with fresh Orange zest & a few dashes of Angostura bitters
