Marmalade Fix

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp Citrus Marmalade
• 5ml Agave nectar or Liquid honey
• 20ml Green Apple Juice (fresh)
• Topped with East Imperial Light Tonic Water
• Fresh Green Apple slices
• Mint leaves

Method

1. Add all ingredients except the tonic water, into a shaker tin
2. Pack tin with ice and shake hard until the tin is frosted
3. Fine strain into a stemless wine glass and top with East Imperial Light Tonic Water
4. Garnish with fresh green apple slices and mint leaves
